  • Managing Mapped Architect & Developer accounts.
  • Securing BOQs from Key accounts.
  • Generating Leads from Mapped Key Accounts.
  • Maintain contact with mapped Developers, Architects & boutique builders..
  • Create and update a database of current projects/prospective and current clients.
  • Product Presentation to Key Accounts.
  • Conducting Key account meets.
  • Preparing Quotations on Window Maker software after initial survey of the customer location.
  • Close coordination with the sales team for closure.
  • Key account testimonials.
  • Handle Customer Complaints.
  • Prepare a daily visit report.
  • Ensuring Sales Conversion achievement.

Key Interaction:-

Internal:- Sale Team, Service Installation and Factory.

External:- Architects, Developers, Influencers and Boutique Builders.

Candidate Profile:-

  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, client-centric approach, and team collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in sales, market analysis, financial management, client relationship management, contract negotiation, market expansion strategies, and market research.
