Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector, with a focus on specialized chemical products.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients, partners, and strategic accounts.
- Develop effective market entry and expansion strategies to ensure sustainable business growth.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
- Prepare accurate sales budgets, forecasts, and periodic performance reports for senior management.
- Manage pricing strategies, commercial negotiations, and ensure alignment with profitability objectives.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between sales, operations, and supply chain teams to meet customer delivery expectations.
