Job Description

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in selling IT & Digital Services (minimum 3+ years)
  • Proven track record of closing over ₹1 Cr in annual sales through IT & Digital Services across different industries
  • Track record of in-person or online meetings with clients for closure
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, client needs, and business opportunities
  • Educational background: CBSE/ICSE + B.Tech or B.E. is mandatory; MBA is an added advantage
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively (Expect a Written Test)
  • Existing database of professional connections across various industries
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint/Google Slides/Keynote, Lusha, Apollo IO, ZoomInfo, or similar sales tools
  • Willingness to travel PAN India

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities, clients, and markets
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Customize sales pitches based on client requirements using a strong understanding of digital marketing and related tools
  • Conduct cold calling and outreach activities in domestic or international markets
  • Promote the company's products/services by addressing or anticipating client objectives
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets within assigned territories/accounts
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales activities and performance
  • Develop a growth strategy focusing on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards
  • Maintain records of sales, revenue, and invoices
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Mentor and develop junior sales staff
