Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professional Representation: Present a professional appearance with strong communication skills, proficiency in email writing, and working knowledge of Excel for reporting and data tracking.
  • Site Scanning & Market Intelligence: Track under-construction commercial office projects by conducting area-wise site visits. Collect detailed project information including architect, interior contractor, project manager, site in-charge, and key decision-makers along with their contact details.
  • Appointment Planning & Product Promotion: Plan and schedule appointments through emails and phone calls with architects, contractors, and project managers to present products and convince decision-makers to use company products in their respective projects.
  • Sales & Collections: Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure timely debtors collection as per company guidelines.
  • Field Operations: Remain on the field throughout the day after completing basic office reporting and sample collection. Maintain familiarity with local city routes; two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
  • Daily Reporting: Record all daily field activities accurately in Excel and share end-of-day reports with the reporting manager.
