Job Description
- Identify, target, and engage potential clients in the US market to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
- Present company services and solutions to decision-makers through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and demos.
- Develop customized proposals and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations, marketing, and delivery to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and reports to management.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, preferably for US clients.
- Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid work setup.
- Comfortable working in US time zones.
