Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Planning & Execution:
- Utilize available CRM tools for account planning and execution.
- Manage the enquiry pipeline, booking forecasts, and generate new opportunities for profitable growth.
- Track and review the performance of channel partners monthly and make necessary adjustments to ensure consistent order bookings.
- Channel Management & Development:
- Track dealers' inventory levels, including spare parts, to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Evaluate the performance of existing channel partners and appoint new ones after proper territory mapping.
- Develop, expand, and sustain strategic relationships with customers.
- Key Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-revenue customers.
- Act as the primary liaison to understand customer needs, drive satisfaction, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Product Demonstrations & Proposals:
- Regularly conduct product demo and trial sessions to promote the company's products.
- Understand customer requirements and submit tailored techno-commercial proposals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with internal teams (sales support, customer experience, project management) to meet customer expectations.
- Explore new business opportunities by identifying prospective customers and evaluating their positions in the industry.
- Market and Competition Analysis:
- Collect information about competitors' initiatives and work with internal stakeholders to counter competition.
- Resolve customer issues to enhance their satisfaction and overall experience.
- Account Receivables & Customer Satisfaction:
- Support in managing account receivables and ensure payment collections.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
