Key Responsibilities

  • Market Development
  • Develop the hygiene chemical business within the assigned territory.
  • Build and expand a robust distributor network to facilitate sales growth.
  • Sales Strategy
  • Plan and implement sales strategies specifically for hygiene and cleaning chemical products.
  • Focus on the Food & Beverage and Institutional segments to identify potential customers and drive growth.
  • Business Planning
  • Prepare strategic business plans based on market survey and research insights.
  • Analyze customer needs and market trends to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Contract Management
  • Coordinate, develop, and negotiate contracts with new clients.
  • Ensure contracts are aligned with company policies and operational goals.
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting
  • Provide on-demand technical support and solutions to customers.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals and recommendations to meet client requirements.
  • Independent Work and Problem-Solving
  • Operate independently with minimal supervision.
  • Identify and solve problems effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.

Education Qualifications

MBA/PGDM in Marketing

B.Sc in Chemistry

Behavioural Profile

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in hygiene chemicals or a related industry
  • Strong understanding of the Food & Beverage and Institutional segments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail, market research, and data analysis skills
  • Technically competent in hygiene and cleaning chemical applications
  • Capable of developing and delivering technical proposals and solutions
