Broker Relationship Management
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with insurance brokers to drive business growth and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Collaborate with brokers to plan and execute sales strategies for general insurance products, ensuring achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
Product & Process Enablement
- Provide brokers with product training, sales tools, and process support to enhance their effectiveness and improve customer experience.
Market Development & Expansion
- Identify new business opportunities through broker networks, expand market reach, and support brokers in tapping into emerging customer segments.
Compliance & Performance Monitoring
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies, while tracking broker performance through regular reviews and reporting.
