Business Development Manager - Broking - CTC upto 6LPA
Job Description
· Oversee Non-EB & EB business lines, including Property, Fire, Marine, Burglary and other lines of GMC/ GPA business.
· To manage Business Development of Health Insurance products, planning and implementation of company business plan to achieve desired sales objective for the assigned region.
· Responsible for the sales budget across Health / Motor/ Other General Insurance products of sourced through Direct Sales channels.
· Generate customer leads through various activities. Ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved.
· Ensure retention of corporate clients through effective liaison and communication.
· Leverage corporate relationships to drive business closures.
· Float queries to insurance companies and provide clients with competitive and optimal quotes.
· Collaborate with insurers, clients, and surveyors to ensure a smooth claims process.
· Resolve 100% of client queries and complaints within the stipulated turnaround time.
· Provide timely and accurate MIS data as per business requirements.
