Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets across aviation, aerospace, engineering, and defence sectors
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and emerging markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, CEOs, Technical Directors, and key stakeholders in government bodies and private enterprises
  • Lead end-to-end proposal development, including RFP/RFQ responses, technical-commercial negotiations, and contract finalization
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, finance, legal, and delivery teams to ensure alignment of solutions with customer requirements
  • Represent the organization at industry forums, trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and professional networks
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer needs, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decisions
  • Maintain and report on sales pipelines, forecasts, and key business development metrics to senior leadership
