Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

Hospital Operations Management

• Direct, administer, and coordinate day-to-day operational activities of the hospital in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Ensure efficient functioning of all hospital departments and maintain operational excellence.
• Implement and monitor operational policies, goals, and objectives set by management.

Patient Experience & Service Quality

• Interact with patients and address their requests or concerns to ensure a high standard of patient care.
• Ensure safe and quality healthcare services are delivered consistently.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and implement improvements where required.

Team Management & Staff Development

• Provide training, guidance, and support to hospital staff to enhance performance and productivity.
• Ensure smooth coordination between departments to maintain operational efficiency.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Prepare and present reports on operational activities, performance metrics, and outcomes to senior management.
• Monitor operational efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement.

Financial & Business Responsibility

• Take ownership of P&L for the entire state operations.
• Support business growth initiatives and operational expansion strategies.
