Reporting to: AVP – Employee Transportation
Location: Bangalore/Pune/Chennai
Office: 5 days (If needed Saturday meeting with client)
Roles and responsibilities:
This role is responsible for selling our service offerings(Employee transportation) to potential clients at competitive price points and business growth.
* New Business Development
* Plan and design strategies to reach a greater number of corporates for selling our services with a ROI calculations
* Signing of New Accounts (New Business Acquisition)
* Negotiate to Acquire Profitable Deal
* Contract Management (Ensure all relevant clauses are included)
* Designing Solutions
* Plan digital marketing initiatives for sustainable growth and client retention Relationship Management
* New client onboarding
* Drive revenue enhancement and opportunity for margin expansion in existing accounts
* Customer-wise profitability
* Ensuring Timely Collections
* Implement the Designed Solutions
* To create a Win – Win Relationship Profile
Qualifications:
* Graduation/Post Graduation with 1-6 years of experience in Institutional Sales
* Should have excellent presentation and communication skills.
Other Skills:
* Domain Expertise
* Customer Identification and knowledge / acquaintance with Key Decision Makers
* Good Network base in Industry
* Ability to Network closely with the Local Operations Team.
* Understanding of Operational Costs and Revenue Models/ Customer wise Profitability.
