We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in Domestic IT Staffing to acquire new clients, manage key accounts, and grow revenue. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of the domestic staffing market, proven client acquisition skills, and the ability to work closely with recruitment teams to close positions efficiently.
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in Domestic IT Staffing
Build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients, MSPs, and implementation partners
Understand client hiring needs and provide end-to-end staffing solutions (Contract, C2H, Permanent)
Generate requirements through cold calling, networking, emails, and referrals
Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with clients
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts in CRM
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Stay updated on market trends, client demands, and competitor activity
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business reviews
4+ years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing Sales / Business Development
Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience working with direct clients and vendors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Strong relationship-building and account management skills
Experience with CRM tools is a plus
Existing client network in the domestic IT market
Experience with MSP/VMS models
Knowledge of staffing compliance and contracts
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
