Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management: Handle sales enquiries, follow a structured sales process to extract client requirements, and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively pitch offerings.
  • Site Inspections & Client Engagement: Prepare for and conduct site inspections; set up appointments and organize sales tours for prospective clients.
  • Follow-ups & Deal Closure: Manage follow-up sequences and chase dates to ensure timely closure of deals.
  • Proposal & Documentation: Prepare office proposals and assist with license agreement preparation.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage the sales and marketing database to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Marketing Planning: Develop and execute pre-opening marketing plans and ongoing marketing initiatives.
  • Partnerships & Promotions: Identify joint marketing partners and organize special promotions with hotels, property agents, and business associations.
  • Networking & Relationship Building: Build relationships with local Business Chambers and Associations; actively participate in networking events and industry functions.
  • Operational Coordination: Provide operational support and work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth execution and client onboarding.
