Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

  • Drive business development and sales activities for medical implants in Neuro, OMF, and Ortho Oncology segments.

Client Visits:

  • Conduct regular visits to surgeons, hospitals, and distributors to promote products and build strong professional relationships.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit daily sales and activity reports to the Deputy General Manager (DGM).

Product Knowledge:

  • Apply knowledge of human anatomy and medical products to explain implant usage and clinical benefits effectively.

Market Coverage:

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach within assigned territories.

Target Achievement:

  • Work in a target-driven environment and consistently achieve agreed sales objectives.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work proactively with internal teams while contributing as an organized and effective team player.
