Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, sponsors, and brands.
  • Identify, assess, and capitalize on new business opportunities aligned with company goals.
  • Develop new business models and revenue streams for content monetization in the Media & Entertainment industry.
  • Design and implement end-to-end strategies and campaigns to drive market growth.
  • Approach and onboard sponsors and brands for company projects and events.
  • Liaise with film production houses, music directors, producers, advertising agencies, TV channels, event organizers, and artists to generate business.
  • Conduct market research on existing and emerging trends in the music and entertainment industry through the team.
  • Analyze audience data, customer base, and current revenue streams to identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee internal operations, resolve operational issues, optimize campaigns, and ensure complete delivery of commitments.
  • Build, manage, and motivate a high-performing business development team.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for new market acquisition and expansion.
  • Track team performance and contribute to market share growth and effective channel building.
  • Coordinate invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation activities.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
