Job Description

Responsible for driving business development across SME and corporate segments by acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and promoting housing society products while ensuring adherence to company sales strategies and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and develop new relationships with SME and corporate clients to generate prospective business opportunities.
  • Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships to protect and grow the current book of business.
  • Travel extensively across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai to meet clients and support field sales activities.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's product portfolio and solutions.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns targeted toward prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct product training sessions and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide structured feedback to the underwriting team to maintain service quality and underwriting standards.
  • Assist clients with product-related and business-related queries and requirements.
  • Support general departmental activities as assigned.
  • Demonstrate strong business planning to achieve visitation schedules and sales targets.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the organization's sales and marketing strategies.
  • Handle sales of housing society-related products such as CCTV systems, water cleaning solutions, and similar offerings.
