Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Service and support existing channel partners to ensure smooth business operations.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with channel partners to increase business opportunities.
- Source new business through existing channel partners by maintaining regular communication and engagement.
- Coordinate with the back-end team to process partner requirements and ensure timely fulfilment.
- Address queries and resolve issues raised by channel partners to maintain strong partnerships.
- Track partner performance and assist in improving business generation.
Requirements:
- Experience in channel sales or partner management is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively between channel partners and internal teams.
- Good problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
