Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Service and support existing channel partners to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with channel partners to increase business opportunities.
  • Source new business through existing channel partners by maintaining regular communication and engagement.
  • Coordinate with the back-end team to process partner requirements and ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Address queries and resolve issues raised by channel partners to maintain strong partnerships.
  • Track partner performance and assist in improving business generation.

Requirements:

  • Experience in channel sales or partner management is preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively between channel partners and internal teams.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
