Job Description

 Responsibilities:

  • Customer Account Management: Track customer accounts, fulfill their requirements, and handle escalation queries or objections effectively.
  • Task Execution: Complete tasks assigned by management and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Sales Team Management: Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve departmental targets and maintain business standards.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and adherence to business processes.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue sales opportunities in industries such as boiler water chemicals, industrial floor cleaners, wastewater treatment, sanitizers, and cooling towers.
  • Target Achievement: Bring consistency in achieving departmental objectives, sales targets, and business growth.
