Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers to pitch tailored IT solutions
- Be ready to travel for client meetings anywhere in India
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic accounts
- Handle client escalations, resolve issues, and maintain strong long-term relationships
- Conduct product demos (beyond PowerPoint) showcasing technical features, integrations, and client benefits
- Generate leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, campaigns, referrals, and inbound platforms
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers through consultative sales techniques
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and keep CRM systems updated
- Analyze market trends and track competitors to refine sales strategies
- Lead proposal creation, presentations, and budget discussions with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
Preferred candidate profile
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B IT sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience interacting with enterprise clients and top-level management
- Willingness to travel frequently for in-person client meetings
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead generation platforms
- Ability to explain complex tech solutions in simple, client-friendly language
- A proactive, go-getter attitude with a passion for sales and growth
