Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers to pitch tailored IT solutions
  • Be ready to travel for client meetings anywhere in India
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic accounts
  • Handle client escalations, resolve issues, and maintain strong long-term relationships
  • Conduct product demos (beyond PowerPoint) showcasing technical features, integrations, and client benefits
  • Generate leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, campaigns, referrals, and inbound platforms
  • Convert qualified leads into paying customers through consultative sales techniques
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and keep CRM systems updated
  • Analyze market trends and track competitors to refine sales strategies
  • Lead proposal creation, presentations, and budget discussions with clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B IT sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience interacting with enterprise clients and top-level management
  • Willingness to travel frequently for in-person client meetings
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and lead generation platforms
  • Ability to explain complex tech solutions in simple, client-friendly language
  • A proactive, go-getter attitude with a passion for sales and growth
