Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

Business Development Manager (HNI Clients)

  1. Client Acquisition & Onboarding Engage with HNI and corporate clients, convert leads and ensure smooth onboarding.
  2. Relationship Management Maintain strong, long-term relationships, act as the main contact, and ensure high client satisfaction.
  3. Business Growth Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell services and achieve set targets.
  4. Meetings & Travel Attend client meetings within Mumbai and occasionally travel domestically for business Meetings with Clients.
  5. Team Coordination Collaborate with sales and operations teams to deliver client requirements efficiently.
  6. Reporting Maintain client records and submit regular activity and performance reports.

Preferred candidate profile :

  • Have 2-5 years experience in BD, client servicing, or sales (BFSI / SaaS industry preferred).
  • Are confident, persuasive, and relationship-focused.
  • Are comfortable with travel and face-to-face business interactions.
