Job Description
Role & responsibilities :
Business Development Manager (HNI Clients)
- Client Acquisition & Onboarding Engage with HNI and corporate clients, convert leads and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Relationship Management Maintain strong, long-term relationships, act as the main contact, and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Business Growth Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell services and achieve set targets.
- Meetings & Travel Attend client meetings within Mumbai and occasionally travel domestically for business Meetings with Clients.
- Team Coordination Collaborate with sales and operations teams to deliver client requirements efficiently.
- Reporting Maintain client records and submit regular activity and performance reports.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Have 2-5 years experience in BD, client servicing, or sales (BFSI / SaaS industry preferred).
- Are confident, persuasive, and relationship-focused.
- Are comfortable with travel and face-to-face business interactions.
