Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and product/service offerings.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets and revenue goals.
  • Manage and lead a team of business development professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
  • Manage key accounts and drive client engagement by understanding their business needs and providing value-driven solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and its offerings.
  • Monitor business performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting on business development activities, forecasts, and results to senior management.
