Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying & Establishing Partnerships:
  • Identify and establish partnerships with educational institutions and corporate organizations for student admissions in schools partnered with Next Education.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in educational institutions to ensure seamless admissions processes.
  • Admission Strategy Development:
  • Create and implement strategies to drive school admissions and meet annual targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align admissions strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Market Research & Promotion:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and admission trends in the educational sector.
  • Work with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns to increase awareness of admission opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with schools, parents, and other stakeholders involved in the admissions process.
  • Ensure a positive client experience and assist in resolving any issues related to admissions or other queries.
  • Intern Management:
  • Hire and manage interns during peak admission periods to support administrative tasks and lead generation efforts.
  • Provide training and mentorship to interns to enhance their productivity and contribute effectively to the admissions process.
  • Ensuring Successful Admissions:
  • Monitor and ensure successful student admissions in schools partnering with Next Education.
  • Track and report on admission metrics to ensure targets are met and strategies are adjusted as needed.
  • BTL Activities:
  • Take responsibility for executing Below the Line (BTL) activities aimed at driving awareness and promoting school admissions.
  • Coordinate events, workshops, and other on-ground activities to engage prospective students and parents.
  • Field Marketing Plans:
  • Develop and execute field marketing plans to increase awareness and visibility for the school admissions process.
  • Collaborate with local teams and stakeholders to ensure the success of field marketing campaigns.
  • Travel Flexibility:
  • Travel extensively (minimum 20-24 days per month) outside the base location to meet clients, attend events, and oversee admissions activities across various regions.
  • Qualifications & Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or admissions management in the education sector.
  • Previous experience in client relationship management and market research is highly desirable.
  • Experience in field marketing and executing BTL activities is a plus.
