Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Map schools/clients and manage the entire lifecycle of an account.
- Acquire clients and maximize the share of business.
- Interact with multiple contact points, including Principals, Teachers, and HODs.
- Manage sales of Digital Classroom, ERP, LMS, and other products for an assigned region.
- Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing market entry strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Knowledge of the territory and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain good interpersonal relationships.
Qualification and Experience:
- Graduate degree (with a minimum of 80% marks).
- Passion for Field Sales and flexibility to travel extensively.
- Understanding of Business Dynamics.
