Job Description

This role is for a Business Development Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients and expanding into new markets for a recruitment solutions company. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a proven track record in sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients in need of recruitment solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Generate new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to expand into new domestic and international markets.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Sales Negotiation: Pitch recruitment services, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal recruiters to ensure successful talent placements and high client satisfaction.
  • Industry Analysis: Stay updated on hiring trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategy.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets and business development goals.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the recruitment/staffing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and talent acquisition trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
  • Experience in handling both Indian and international clients is a plus.
