Job Description

Business Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Analyze data and trends to make informed business decisions and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

New Business Acquisition:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Pitch the companys products/services to potential clients, highlighting their unique value propositions.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly engage with clients to upsell additional products/services and secure contract renewals.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.

Collaborative Selling:

  • Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales collateral and promotional materials.

Negotiation and Contract Management:

  • Negotiate business contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Review and finalize agreements to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and report on key sales metrics, pipeline status, and business development activities.
  • Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and progress against targets.

Industry and Market Awareness:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors activities.
  • Use market insights to adapt and refine the business development strategy
