Job Description
Required Skill Set:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT/ERP solutions domain
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to develop long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- Willingness to travel as required
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive sales and market expansion
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in ERP solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, pre-sales, and technical teams, to tailor solutions for client needs
- Lead negotiations, close high-value deals, and ensure smooth contract execution
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry
- Drive revenue growth by managing sales pipelines, forecasts, and reporting
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
