Job Description
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development within a Recruitment Agency/Firm.
- Strong focus on Permanent & Executive Search positions.
- Must be presentable, client-focused, and have excellent communication skills.
- Role involves regular face-to-face meetings and networking – not a desk job.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through:
- Networking
- Industry knowledge
- Personal expertise
- Existing contacts
- Proactively initiate contact with potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Persuade clients to sign exclusive/retainer-based search contracts.
- Assist clients in formulating job descriptions and contractual requirements.
- Collaborate with internal research teams to:
- Match candidates to the role
- Create and present candidate shortlists
- Professionally present shortlisted candidates to clients.
