Job Description

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development within a Recruitment Agency/Firm.
  • Strong focus on Permanent & Executive Search positions.
  • Must be presentable, client-focused, and have excellent communication skills.
  • Role involves regular face-to-face meetings and networking – not a desk job.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through:
  • Networking
  • Industry knowledge
  • Personal expertise
  • Existing contacts
  • Proactively initiate contact with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Persuade clients to sign exclusive/retainer-based search contracts.
  • Assist clients in formulating job descriptions and contractual requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal research teams to:
  • Match candidates to the role
  • Create and present candidate shortlists
  • Professionally present shortlisted candidates to clients.
