Job Description

• Define and execute company-wide sales strategy, targeting new markets and high-value deals

• Build and lead a high-performing team of Account Executives and sales professionals across sectors

• Develop annual sales plans, forecasts, and KPI reports for CRO and senior management

• Personally manage strategic deals and oversee the lead-to-revenue funnel

• Collaborate with internal teams (Execution, Sales, Marketing) to optimize sales effectiveness

• Conduct online/offline meetings Pan India to drive business expansion

• Mentor, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
