Key Responsibilities:
• Generating leads and proactively connecting with prospects to identify potential business opportunities and drive sales growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Regularly engage with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Effectively manage the sales pipeline.
• Analyze market trends to identify and establish competitive advantages.
• Communicate effectively, engagingly, and enthusiastically with clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Handle client interactions with tact and discretion.
• Participate in discussions on strategic and sensitive matters.
Required Qualifications:
• 3 years to 5 years of experience in IT sales.
• Must possess or know technical IT skills to understand client requirements, communicate effectively with technical teams, and offer suitable IT solutions.
• Experience managing the entire sales cycle, including closing deals.
• Experience using lead generation tools like Sales Navigator, Appollo.io, Lusha, ZoomInfo, etc.
• Proven track record of successful sales performance.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, with a strong focus on IT Solutions & Services.
- Proven success in lead generation, customer acquisition, and enterprise sales.
- Knowledge of AI/ML, SAP, Salesforce, ERP solutions, and Cloud Services is a must.
- Experience in IT resource augmentation and long sales cycle deals.
- Established network with CXOs, IT Heads, Owners, and decision-makers.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Market knowledge of BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Food Processing, Pharma (GCC markets preferred).
- Ability to self-hunt leads and execute sales strategies in international markets.
- Excellent communication skills in English (foreign language proficiency is an advantage).
