Business Development Executive (Pharma)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Meeting doctors (mainly pediatricians and neurologists across Bengaluru) and sensitizing them about our drugs. Our products mainly comprise anti-epileptic drugs, calcium/Vitamin D medications and drugs for headache and nerve pain.
• Managing call sheets and other activities of MRs across the board.
• Developing sales strategies.
• Leveraging existing doctor network to push sales in the market .
• Meeting important doctors and training MRs in sales skills.
• Presenting daily, weekly and monthly KPIs to management.
• Following-up with doctors and keeping track of drug deliveries efficiently.
• Keeping a basic inventory.
