Job Description

Key Deliverables:

• Generate new business opportunities from inbound leads for self and for team.

• Qualify client needs and recommend suitable software for self and team.

• Conduct impactful software demos to facilitate sales closure.

• Oversee day-to-day sales operations of team, including sending proposal, negotiating orders

etc. to close the deal.

• Responsible for business sales targets of self and team.

• Cultivate positive client relations and seek customer testimonials cum case studies.

• Secure repeat orders by cross selling and/ or upselling.

• Provide customer feedbacks periodically to R&D, support & marketing team.

• Actively participate in marketing activities such as trade shows, events, and exhibitions in the US and Europe primarily.

Experience:

• Sales Experience: 3 plus years of expertise in Inside Sales/Enterprise Sales for the USA region or Inbound Sales with a focus on Business Development.

• At least 2 years experience must be in selling a technical B2B software.

• Should be comfortable working in Night Shift (8 PM to 5 AM)

• Opportunity Sensing: Ability to identify opportunities received through email, phone, or chat.

• Communication Skills: Fluent in both verbal and written English for effective business communication.

• Industry Knowledge: Sound understanding of Computer Hardware and Computer

• Networking.

• CRM

Knowledge:

* Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as ZOHO, Salesforce, etc.is preferred.

* Email and Presentation Skills: Excellent email articulation and strong presentation skills
