Job Description
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving sales growth, and expanding the company's presence in the IT hardware solutions market. The role requires proactive outreach, client engagement, and coordination with internal teams to deliver effective hardware solutions to customers across Bangalore and Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the IT hardware segment.
- Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and recommend suitable hardware solutions.
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to convert leads into long-term business relationships.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to prepare proposals and solution presentations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to support strategic decision-making.
Candidate Profile
- 1–5 years of experience in IT hardware sales or business development.
- Strong understanding of IT hardware products and customer applications.
- Ability to handle hybrid work mode with field visits as required.
- Self-driven, target-focused, and comfortable working in a competitive market environment.
