Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage all kinds of core liability products.
  • Follow the Sales funnel concept and generate as many leads as possible every day by visiting Newly developed Retail and Wholesale Markets, Housing Societies, Household Colonies, SEZs, etc., to achieve the highest productivity.
  • Identify Normal, Medium, and Top Liability Clients, Ultra HNIs, HNIs, etc., through market intelligence for acquisition and on-boarding.
  • Responsible for growing the book by deepening relationships with existing self-acquired clients and increasing Current Accounts (CA), Savings Accounts (SA), Term Deposits (TD), Recurring Deposits (RD), Cross-Sell of Assets, and Cross-Sell of Third-Party Products (TPP) for income generation.
  • Responsible for the achievement of allotted targets as per KRA (Key Responsibility Area).
