Job Description
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account clients, serving as their primary point of contact
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure client alignment
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to showcase product/service value
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts ensuring mutual benefit
• Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement or growth
• Address client issues and concerns promptly and professionally
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on account performance
