Job Description

Pre-Sales & Client Research:

  • Conduct pre-sales research on prospective clients.
  • Create and deliver custom presentations (PPTs) tailored to client needs.
  • Understand client goals and objectives regarding their digital marketing needs and work with the account team to create a custom strategy.

Sales & Account Management:

  • Pitch new clients and fix appointments.
  • Upsell digital marketing services to existing clients.
  • Lead management including creation, execution, and follow-up.
  • Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Client Support & Relationship Management:

  • Ensure client satisfaction during the initial engagement period and maintain ongoing support.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client locations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including presentation skills.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, Paid Search, Social Media Marketing, and Banner Advertising is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Highly motivated, aggressive, proactive, and a self-starter with leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Outgoing, extroverted, and client-focused.
