Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire CASA and liability accounts through cold calling, market references, and branch initiatives
• Achieve overall numbers and value targets as per the branch scorecard
• Implement sales and marketing activities within the branch to grow the liabilities business
• Promote and sell branch financial products to meet set targets
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer suitable banking solutions
• Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions
