Job Description

Role Purpose

Drive aggressive customer acquisition and revenue growth by building a strong sales pipeline, converting leads, and expanding key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build sales pipeline through:
  • Outbound prospecting
  • Channel partners
  • Client references
  • Local activations
  • Conduct client meetings to:
  • Understand requirements
  • Coordinate with design and production teams
  • Prepare quotations and proposals
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle:
  • Lead generation → negotiation → order closure → payment follow-up
  • Maintain CRM / sales tracker:
  • Weekly reporting on visits, quotations, and closures
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly:
  • Sales targets
  • Margin targets
  • Defined KPIs
  • Coordinate with internal teams:
  • Production
  • Sourcing
  • → Ensure timely delivery commitments
  • Drive account growth:
  • Repeat business
  • Cross-selling / add-on categories
  • Annual rate contracts
