Business Development Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
· Reach out to potential clients via cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to schedule meetings and discussions.
· Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
· Understand client requirements and assist in creating business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
· Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to design and execute effective client acquisition strategies.
· Track industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
· Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and lead data in the CRM system.
· Provide regular reports on lead status, pipeline progress, and sales performance.
Required Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
· Good negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
· Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
