Job Description
Responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, expanding into new markets, managing client relationships, and ensuring effective lead conversion while maintaining operational accuracy and payment recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source new clients through market research, networking, and direct outreach.
- Meet prospective clients to build strong professional relationships and understand business requirements.
- Identify and develop new markets and customer segments to expand business reach.
- Generate new leads through market contacts, networking activities, and referrals.
- Maintain and regularly update the client and lead database, ensuring all opportunities are tracked.
- Ensure higher lead conversion rates by following structured sales processes.
- Manage relationships with existing clients by providing ongoing support and improving service quality.
- Prepare sales reports and invoices by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant data.
- Coordinate internally to ensure client requirements and deliverables are met on time.
- Collect customer feedback and integrate insights into regular business operations for improvement.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client and business information.
- Ensure timely recovery of payments within defined credit periods.
- Support team objectives by contributing to shared goals and assignments as required.
