Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with the ability to identify opportunities and build lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through research and networking.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related area.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform business strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals successfully.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
