Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with the ability to identify opportunities and build lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through research and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies and campaigns.

- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform business strategies.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals successfully.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
