Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve business targets in the plastic industry.
- Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and sales opportunities.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
- Participate in industry events and exhibitions to expand network and brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management in the plastic or industrial sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Target-driven with the ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
- Knowledge of the plastic industry, products, and market dynamics is preferred.
- Based in Ahmedabad or willing to travel within the region for client visits.
