Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within IT and Digital Marketing domains.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Develop sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, delivery) to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities and progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience in Business Development in the IT and Digital Marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing solutions (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
