Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within IT and Digital Marketing domains.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
- Develop sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, delivery) to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities and progress reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience in Business Development in the IT and Digital Marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing solutions (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
