Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Client Meetings:
- Conduct in-person meetings with potential clients to present and promote products and services.
Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Customer Acquisition & Order Management:
- Acquire new customers while efficiently managing repeat orders from existing clients.
CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate CRM data and perform regular follow-ups with prospects and customers.
Quotation & Negotiation:
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals successfully.
Coordination with Operations:
- Work closely with dispatch and logistics teams to ensure timely and smooth delivery of orders.
Marketing Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing sales
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong follow-up and organizational abilities
