Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Meetings:

  • Conduct in-person meetings with potential clients to present and promote products and services.

Relationship Management:

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Customer Acquisition & Order Management:

  • Acquire new customers while efficiently managing repeat orders from existing clients.

CRM Management:

  • Maintain accurate CRM data and perform regular follow-ups with prospects and customers.

Quotation & Negotiation:

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals successfully.

Coordination with Operations:

  • Work closely with dispatch and logistics teams to ensure timely and smooth delivery of orders.

Marketing Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing sales
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong follow-up and organizational abilities
