Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B demand and lead generation, specifically within the IT services sector. You will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, executing multi-channel campaigns, and contributing directly to our sales pipeline, focusing on expanding our reach in US/Europe geographies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead to Deal and Deal Nurturing:
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
- Gather requirements from potential clients and navigate opportunities from initial lead to closed deal.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development Lead to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment with overall sales objectives.
- Demand + Lead Generation:
- Drive the generation of high-quality leads.
- Identify and research potential leads using various channels, including LinkedIn, web search engines, industry and academic publications, and relevant events.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound cold calls and emails.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital, social, email, events, and other relevant channels.
- Create compelling messaging and content that resonates with target audiences to maximize engagement and conversion.
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B demand/lead generation or related roles for an IT Services company.
- Demonstrated experience in IT services lead generation.
- Willingness and capability to perform cold calls.
- Good track record of meeting MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) / SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) targets, particularly from US/Europe geographies.
- Sound understanding of digital technologies such as IoT, AI/ML, Cloud, and Digital Twin, and their practical applications.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization (preferably in IT, Computer Science, or a related field).
