Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client preferences and requirements to recommend properties with an 80%+ match.
  • Manage the complete client engagement journey, including inquiry handling, property shortlisting, site visits, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Conduct site visits, property walkthroughs, and demonstrations, ensuring a high-quality experience for potential buyers.
  • Capture photos and videos of properties to enhance listing visibility and online engagement.
  • Stay up to date on property inventory, project updates, and pricing trends in Bangalore micro-markets like Whitefield, Sarjapur, Koramangala, etc.
  • Advise clients on pricing, ROI, and local market dynamics to help them make informed decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for marketing, documentation, and post-sale support.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field (freshers are encouraged to apply).
  • 80–90% field-based role – must be comfortable with on-ground client interaction and travel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Passion for sales, customer service, and real estate advisory.
  • A creative eye for photography/videography is a plus (used for property listings).
  • Two-wheeler with valid license is mandatory for local travel.
  • Self-driven, organized, and eager to grow in a startup or fast-paced sales environment.
