Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong and ongoing relationships with customers through regular follow-ups
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and prompt grievance handling

Field Sales & Business Development

  • Conduct in-person client meetings, negotiations, and close deals successfully
  • Generate new enquiries daily via cold calls, industrial exhibitor lists, websites, online research, and other sources
  • Responsible for meeting assigned sales activity targets and performance plans

3Sales Coordination & Data Management

  • Maintain and regularly update customer data, interactions, and correspondence records
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of sales activities and customer expectations

Finance & Collection Support

  • Collaborate with the finance and accounts team to manage debtors effectively
  • Ensure timely payment collections and resolve any outstanding issues with clients
